This property is located just off the main road a couple of klms from Seisia on the outskirts of New Mapoon community. Located on the property is family operated retail outlet Cape York Ice and Tackle. The owners also operate and own Cape York Hire Boats affectionately known as Bullys Fishing Camp.

They offer Cabin and House accomodation. Each is fully self contained, private bathrooms, laundry, fully airconditioned, TV, Wifi, BBQ, outdoor private decking.

The cabin has an open floorplan with 2 x bunkbeds, kitchen, fully size fridge and fully airconditioned. Attached to a large timber deck is a full size bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine. All linen and towels are provided.

Available for guest is a 8mtr below ground salt water pool surrounded by a large timber deck, pool table and area to relax.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 single beds in two and a double in the other. Lounge, separate dining, kitchen, laundry, fully size fridge and fully airconditioned. A large timber runs the length of the house and looks onto the rainforest. Very private and a variety of wildlife is on offer. All linen and towels are provided.
